Adeola Emdin is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at PRIMUS Business Management with over 20 years of executive experience. She oversees internal human resources, process development, systems, and consulting. Her hard work and talent earned her roles of increasing responsibility since joining PRIMUS in 2015, moving from Director of Marketing to Director of Strategy, Marketing & Operations to now COO. Adeola contributes to PRIMUS' excellent quality of service by managing daily operations, working closely with department heads, and supporting day-to-day employee activities. By focusing on efficient and result-driven strategies, Adeola enables PRIMUS to provide exemplary services to its clientele.

Before joining the PRIMUS team, Adeola spent several years in corporate America, a large part working for Fortune 500 companies in associate and managerial roles. This tenure gave Adeola a dual perspective on HR dynamics: that of an employee adeptly navigating workplace challenges and that of an employer astutely responding to and addressing such challenges. Her peers coined her as the quintessential HR consultant. Adeola consistently imparts a novel and pragmatic outlook.
