Aditya (Adi) Sastry is the CTO and Co-Founder of Caddi, a Seattle-based AI startup that transforms screen recordings into reliable, API-driven automations. Their "record-to-code" platform eliminates repetitive work without requiring new tools or technical skills, allowing users to work normally while Caddi handles the rest.
In 2024, Caddi raised $5M in seed funding led by Ubiquity Ventures with participation from Founders Co-op. Their early results show financial services clients achieving 11x ROI, with workflows that save hours monthly while requiring just minutes to record.
Prior to founding Caddi, Adi served as Director of Engineering for Data & APIs at AgentSync, where he led multiple engineering teams and drove transformative improvements in system performance and product maturity. He also previously held leadership roles at Wheelhouse Digital Marketing Group, working his way up from Data Scientist to VP of Data & Marketing Sciences.
Adi holds a B.S. in Business Management with a focus on Computational and Mathematical Finance from Babson College. He's also the inventor on a patent for a "Self-orchestrated system for extraction, analysis, and presentation of entity data."
