Adriana Carrig is the Founder & CEO of The Little Words Project (www.littlewordsproject.com), a community of kindness built one bracelet at a time. After struggling through years of bullying in her adolescence, Adriana channeled her pain into purpose, creating a collection of charm bracelets with inspirational words and phrases for her family and friends. In 2013, she launched The Little Words Project from her parent’s basement on a mission to inspire a kinder world. Today, The Little Words Project is a nationally recognized brand that has sold tens of millions of bracelets, proving that kindness is a superpower.

Adriana also serves as the Founder & President of Herself Co., a non-profit organization developed to foster a thriving community of compassionate young women through its confidence curriculum and programming. The group’s aim is to enhance the self-worth and general mental wellness of tomorrow’s leaders.

  • "Querer es Poder, is Spanish for, “If you want it, you can achieve it.” My mother, a Mexican immigrant, instilled in me from an early age that if you want something badly enough, and if you’re willing to work hard enough for it, it can be yours. Her tenacity, strength and work ethic are incredible and have inspired me since the very beginning. If she could come from where she started to where she is today, then I can certainly go from the blessed life she and my father have given me to the highest heights imaginable.
