Aileen Lee
Aileen Lee is the founder and CEO of Infinite Goods, a sustainable fashion marketplace for the edgy modern woman. After starting her career on the sales floor at Lands’ End folding clothes and cleaning dressing rooms, she moved to BCG to work on their global fashion and beauty team.
After years of driving companies towards their sales targets, Aileen realized the negative environmental and social impact of fashion on our society. Driven by her love of fashion and retail, she decided to launch Infinite Goods to revolutionize the fashion industry by committing to sustainable practices, better labor conditions, and a more circular future.
She is a 2016 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received her MBA from Columbia Business School in 2023.
