Alex's practice focuses on healthcare litigation and complex regulatory compliance issues for the firm's healthcare and litigation groups. His primary area of expertise is defending physicians, dentists, chiropractors, pharmacists, nurses and public and private health care entities in myriad employment, administrative and regulatory compliance challenges, including the handling of disciplinary actions brought by state licensing boards, investigations brought by OIG, FDA, DEA and other government agencies, employment law claims, medical malpractice actions, billing-related fraud claims and other actions brought against health care facilities and individual providers by government entities, third party insurers and private parties. Alex regularly litigates such matters in state and federal court, the N.J. Office of Administrative Law and before hospital hearing committees.
