Alexander is Lead Europe/Eurasia Analyst at Sibylline, and is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the war in Ukraine.
His analysis has been featured on BBC Newsnight, in the Express and a variety of other publications.
He has a particular interest in security issues in the Post-Soviet Space, and since the 24 February invasion of Ukraine he has led on Sibylline's Ukraine reporting. As a regular panellist on Sibylline's Ukraine Briefings, Alexander continues to provide daily assessments forecasting the military, political, strategic and economic implications of the war.
Prior to joining Sibylline, Alexander studied his MA in War Studies at King's College London, where he specialised in Russian coercion in the Black Sea region.
