Alice Brooks
Alice is the Principal at Khosla Ventures. She is interested in robotics, IoT, manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability. She has worked with multiple startups in robotics, IoT, retail, consumer, and STEM education, and has run mechanical, electrical, and app development teams in Silicon Valley and Hsinchu, Taiwan. Alice has also set up and managed manufacturing operations at factories in China and Taiwan. Prior to Khosla Ventures, Alice was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Roominate, a STEM education company aimed at helping girls learn engineering concepts through play. Founded in 2012, Roominate’s products were distributed at over 5000 retail outlets across the US, Canada, and Australia, and was acquired by Playmonster in 2015. Previously, she worked at Nest.
