Alice Jessop | Source | Senior Salesforce Admin/Technical Program Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Alice Jessop, MLIS, Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect, Certified Canine Massage Therapist, is a security expert who specializes in developing new and redesigning security models for Salesforce implementations. Alice currently works as a product owner on the elite Salesforce Success Central team at Amazon where she works alongside a community supporting hundreds of Salesforce implementations. She has a master’s degree in library science, studied Egyptology as a postgrad and now studies cybersecurity. Aside from nerding out over Salesforce, she is passionate about writing, woodworking, dogs, cheering others on and delights in using humor as a teaching tool. She is grateful to Salesforce military (Vetforce) with providing training to help her throughout her career and is always happy to connect with other Salesforce nerds, and military spouses in Norfolk, Virginia.
Alice received Salesforce training in part through Vetforce, providing training to veterans and military spouses. In her spare time, she woodworks, volunteers with rescue dogs, studies cybersecurity and all-things Salesforce, and throws working barbecues for her friends.
