Amanda Frederickson is a culinary entrepreneur, author and restaurant owner who is widely known for the popular Instagram series “Fridge Foraging” she launched during the pandemic.
In 2013, inspired by other women forging their own paths into the food world, Amanda quit her well-paying job to enroll in San Francisco Cooking School and ultimately found her way to the Williams-Sonoma Test Kitchen. There, she developed her true calling: creating delicious recipes for the home cook which can be found in her cookbook, Simple Beautiful Food. Amanda opened her first restaurant in Nashville, TN—a fast-casual concept called Radish—in 2020 to rave reviews. A second location opened up in 2022 in Franklin, TN.
