Growing up, Amy spent summers harvesting the famous Walla Walla sweet onions on her family farm. After a successful career in the wine industry, Amy continues sharing her love of food as a nutrition coach at Working Against Gravity. As the brand's recipe guru, Amy has a knack for crafting deliciously healthy recipes whether it's taking an old favorite and adding a high-protein twist or crafting a lightened up restaurant dish. Favorite macro-friendly recipes include high-protein Mac n cheese, a healthy twist on Wendy's Baconator or Taco Bell's Crunchwrap Supreme as well as coconut cream pie overnight oats.

Amy is a certified functional nutrition counselor as well as CrossFit Level 3 trainer.
