Anan Bishara is the founder and CEO of Premium Guard Inc. (PGI), established in 1996. Under his leadership, PGI has grown from a startup into a powerhouse in the aftermarket automotive filtration industry, known for providing turnkey, private label solutions that rival the quality and coverage of national brands. Over nearly three decades, Bishara's strategic direction has propelled PGI to become a leading provider of high-quality solutions for professional auto service providers.

In a strategic expansion over the past five years, PGI has made significant inroads through the acquisition of Tenneco’s filters business, including its manufacturing facility in Tultitlan, Mexico, and the notable Interfil and Engine Clean brands. This move was soon followed by acquiring IPC Global Solutions (IPC), a pivotal supplier to the aftermarket's fast lube segment and the creator of the ECOGARD brand of filtration products.

These acquisitions have strengthened PGI's market position, solidifying its standing as the third-largest automotive filtration company and the premier private label supplier in North America—a major milestone in its growth trajectory.

Before founding PGI, Anan Bishara built his career in multinational advertising and consulting, specializing in private label retail strategies. In 1995, he was honored as a Fulbright scholar, leading him to pursue an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. This formative experience provided Bishara with a global perspective and a strong foundation in business strategy, shaping his approach to leadership and growth.
