As an accomplished Global Marketing Executive, I deliver first-to-market products and profitable growth for billion-dollar brands across Fortune 50 companies, including McDonalds Corporation and Ford Motor Company, through product innovation/launch, brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital transformation, and customer service. Currently leads as chief experience officer at Cava, where I lead the Communications, Creative, Digital, and marketing organizations for the 300 unit fast casual restaurant group. I’m a franchisee leader with keen understanding of franchise models and partnerships – achieving unprecedented growth, sales and profitability. I bring expertise in commercialization, from new products to existing product expansion, to repeatedly turning around underperforming businesses. I’m known as an engaging people leader who operates with agility, motivating employees and franchisees at both general office and regional environments, employing innovation, data, insights and business acumen.

♦ Marketing Leadership: Led as Chief Marketing Officer of the $950M business, El Pollo Loco (Nasdaq: LOCO). Previously led Marketing Officer role at McDonald’s Corporation Southeast, with $5B in sales/$40M budget oversight, setting marketing strategies across 1,700 restaurants and 282 franchises.
♦ First-to-Market Product: I spearheaded launch of Uber Eats/McDelivery and grew platform to #1 rank in sales – projected to deliver $104M annually.
♦ Billion-dollar Brands: Contributed to $5.37B revenue Q3’18 by launching key ordering channels and delivery methods across 5,000 restaurants worldwide including kiosks, mobile ordering, digital menu boards for McDonalds. Also trademarked 12 cross vehicle features for Ford including 2013 Ford Atlas Truck (new F-150 on roads today) – contributing to $50B revenues (2019).
♦ Digital & Mobile Transformations: Partnered with 8 regions to launch foundation for McDonald’s digital strategy – resulting in $60M+ using mobile app in 1st year.
♦ Turnaround Successes: Turned around Atlanta market – 2nd largest volume region in US with $2B+ in sales/ 800 stores; turned 6.5 years of negative sales to achieve first positive target; and led Boston from ranking 21/21 regions in sales to #1.
