Anjan is a technology leader with over two decades of experience building and deploying cross-channel web applications.
Besides being a technology leader, Anjan is an energetic fitness enthusiast who encourages a healthy lifestyle in all his employees. And this is evident in his concept of ‘Corporate Well-Being’ that emphasizes employees’ mental and physical health. He is a passionate global technologist committed to changing the game for clients and customers.
As a wellness devotee himself, he enthusiastically participates in marathons and triathlons. For the fourth consecutive time, Anjan completed the Tata Mumbai Marathon, one of the prominent marathons in India. One of his recent achievements includes - bagging himself the title of ‘Ironman 70.3’, which was held in Goa. To claim the title, Anjan Pathak completed the entire triathlon within a stipulated 8.5 hours. It consisted of 1.9 km swimming, 90 km cycling, and 21 km running.
In 2015, Anjan spearheaded the development of ‘Vantage Fit’ to promote total employee well-being globally. Today, Vantage Fit is used by multiple companies across the globe to implement the overall physical and mental well-being of the employees.
