Anna is the Project Lead at HUMANS, Coffee in Tech, a Kyiv-based coffee shop that is quietly redefining the workspace itself by using AI on the frontlines of war.
According to Anna, who’s been working in hospitality for over a decade (managing in hospitality at Raddison, Hilton, and Bursa Hotel Kyiv), the high turnover rate typically attributed to baristas hasn’t been an issue at HUMANS. “I wanted to create a hospitality organization with minimal management. Where everyone is passionate about what they do. Where people can bring a variety of skills and talents and don’t have just one little boring function. With Hugh [HUMANS AI-powered bot] doing things like onboarding new employees, facilitating ordering, tracking inventory, running payroll, and managing schedules we’ve been able to create this dream environment.”
