An inspiring, visionary leader with 25 years of Fortune 500 corporate and consulting experience, Anuradha Hebbar is a Partner and Global Leader of Kincentric’s DE&I practice. As a trusted advisor to clients around the world, Anuradha helps organizations address their strategic human capital issues to optimize the employee experience, transform organizations, and drive change by advising on how to deeply integrate inclusion, diversity and equity into their culture, values and talent systems and processes.
Anuradha has experience in many industries including retail, consumer products, industrial, technology, health care, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, and marketing communications. She was the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Verizon as well as Zurich Insurance, Divisional Vice President at Health Care Service Corporation, and Strategic Director of D&I at McDonald’s Corporation. Anuradha was named a Chicago United “Business Leader of Color 2021,”; a 2021 Crain’s “Notable Executive in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion,”; a “2016 Top 100 under 50 Executive Leader” by Diversity MBA; and a “2015 Diversity Leader” by Profiles in Diversity Journal. She is a frequent speaker and thought leader, serving on various industry councils and boards. Anuradha is a graduate of Smith College, the Boston University School of Law and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association. In addition, Anuradha holds a certificate in e-business strategy from the University of Chicago.
