He previously worked at a large immigration firm, which he left to help create a new type of immigration practice. Ashkan’s primary focus is to make clients feel at ease with their attorney while providing accurate information and unparalleled accessibility. He has seven years of experience with corporate clients, investors, and creative professionals.

Since 2009 Ashkan has represented thousands of creatives, entrepreneurs and investors in their immigration matters. His current practices focuses on O-1B visas for actors, designers, models, photographers and others in the creative fields; O-1A visas for researchers, scientists and businesspeople; E-2 visas for entrepreneurs and EB-5 visas for investors.
