Associate professor of Management and Entrepreneurship. My research work primarily concerns gender differences and diversity in organizations, including the gender wage gap, work-family policies, among other issues related to human resources and organizational behavior. My teaching includes general human resources and more intensive HR electives for undergraduates, master's students and doctoral students.
