I’m Beth Romer, a marketer, business builder, and founder of L&L Collective. I help brands tell their stories, grow authentically, and make a real impact. With a background in retail, e-commerce, and brand strategy, I’ve worked with companies big and small to create marketing that actually works. I believe in the power of possibility, great design, and never underestimating the magic of a well-placed pun. When I’m not building businesses, I’m chasing my three boys, starting a new hobby (thanks, ADHD), or dreaming up my next big idea.
