Bill Conner is the President and CEO of Jitterbit, a global provider of low-code technology solutions for transforming businesses and accelerating growth through automation. With over 40 years of executive experience, including over 25 years leading from the C-suite and serving at the board level, Conner is a seasoned business visionary who has successfully built and operated SaaS, cloud and hybrid businesses worldwide.

As a pioneer in strategic turnaround and high-tech business building, Conner has elevated numerous companies to the next level through acquisitions, rebrands, surpassing revenue benchmarks and additional milestones that have yielded top-line growth, bottom-line results and profitable investment returns. Conner has accelerated growth three times leading high-performing portfolio companies for private equity firms Thoma Bravo, Francisco Partners and Audax.

Conner is regularly featured in major global publications and television programs including BBC News, Forbes, Financial Times, Security Boulevard, USA Today, The Hill and the Dallas Business Journal. He has also received numerous accolades for his work, including being named to a variety of leaders lists such as the Top 25 IT Innovators, Insight Success’ 10 Most Admired CEOs to Watch and CRN’s 25 Most Influential Executives, which he received for three consecutive years.

Conner served as Co-Chair of DHS’s first public-private task force on cybersecurity, further expanding his expertise in public-private partnerships on cybersecurity. Conner addressed the United Nations on global challenges in cybercrime in June 2010; co-chaired the Corporate Governance Task Force of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security National Cybersecurity Partnership; and was a member of the Cyber Security Industry Alliance. Over the years he’s been recognized with numerous awards, including being named a finalist for SC Awards “Security Executive of the Year” in 2022

In 2014, Conner founded FWC Consulting to share his expertise, insight and guidance with global leaders at major financial institutions, enterprises and governments.

Before Jitterbit, Conner served in various chief executive leadership roles at SonicWall, a cybersecurity solutions company; Entrust, where he took the company private to reset corporate priorities in a tumultuous time for the industry, which led Entrust to be purchased for 6.5 times the initial investment made four years prior; and Silent Circle, a recognized innovator in enterprise privacy.

In addition to his executive leadership experience, Conner has a vast amount of board experience, serving on the board of directors for numerous companies, including, Crytica Security, JBB Advanced Technology, SonicWall, Sectigo (formerly Comodo CA), Inuvo, Travelocity, WilTel Communications Group, Dallas Symphony Orchestra and MatraCom Joint Venture.

Conner has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
