Dr. Grubb explains, "POTS disrupts the body's autonomic functions, causing fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, and fainting." Susceptibility is higher in those with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or post-viral infections. Treatments include increased water and salt intake, exercise, and medications.
