At Amplitude, Blake leads the global talent initiatives such as Employer Brand, Talent Sourcing, RecOps, University Recruiting, and Early Career programs. Since June of 2020, he have been working closely with their leadership on how to actualize the company-wide DEI philosophy and have founded the first ERG, Black Leaders at Amplitude Creating Change (BLACC).
