Bob is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Allstate. He leads human resources and is responsible for ensuring the company attracts, retains, and cultivates a diverse workforce to enable future success. Bob has more than 30 years' experience leading major growth, including start-up and launch of new business entities, key organization restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and business integrations. He has served as chairman of the board of directors for Atlantic Health, as a member of the advisory board for DocuSign, as a member of the Board of Visitors of Northeastern University's College of Business Administration and on the advisory council for Villanova's School of Business Center for Global Leadership.
