Bobby Swennes is the Executive Vice President and Mid-Atlantic and Southeat Region Head for Brookfield Properties. He sits at the helm of 1.42 million square feet under development in Greater Washington as Brookfield Properties’ top exec for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Bobbby joined the team in Washington, D.C. in 2014 to oversee office, multifamily, development and corporate transactions for Brookfield, following eight years in New York overseeing its acquisition and disposition strategy for the West Coast.
He has a bachelor's degree in economics and public policy, and a master's in business administration from Duke University.
