Brandon Deer is the Chief Strategy Officer at UiPath. Brandon was an early employee of UiPath and has helped grow the business from $30M in revenue and a couple hundred employees to more than $1B in revenue, approximately 4,000 employees, and an April 2021 initial public offering on the NYSE. Prior to UiPath, Brandon spent four years at Openview Venture Partners where he led their cloud infrastructure investment practice. In addition to Brandon’s commitments at UiPath, he is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Crew Capital, a global, early-stage venture capital fund that focuses on innovative and industry-disrupting software companies. He has backed and advised dozens of successful, high-growth businesses, including LucidCharts, Expensify, BetterUp, Cedar, Melio, VTS, Chainalysis, and Spring Health.
