Brandon is the Chief Executive Officer at Grand Welcome, the leading franchise brand in the vacation rental industry. Brandon started Grand Welcome originally with a handful of condominiums in Mammoth Lakes and grew his property management company to be one of the largest in that destination. That was the start of a larger vision and the umbrella growth of Grand Welcome. His story began typical of most mom and pops entering the vacation rental business, no support and no training. But, unlike the typical small business owner who has under 25 rental properties, Brandon had the tenacity to expand and work through the constantly evolving technology, market trends and business growing pains that haunt most first-time business owners. He began designing and developing user-friendly systems that can easily be translated to anyone with a desire to expand their existing business or someone new to the industry.
