A third-generation San Diegan with a degree in Cultural Anthropology from UC San Diego, Brent studied both in Spain at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid for one year and at the Universita’ degli Studi di Bologna in Italy for a year. He began his career in Italy where he worked for over 12 years. Brent has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years building relationships and strengthening programs within the San Diego community.
