Brittany Werner, MS, RDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist and Director of Coaching at Working Against Gravity. She is the driving force behind empowering individuals to embrace food freedom and transform their lives. She has spent over 17 years honing her expertise in nutrition and guiding thousands of clients toward their health goals. By staying abreast of the latest research and combining her clinical nutrition background with her experience at Working at Gravity, she empowers clients to make lasting, positive changes in their lives through proper nutrition and help them to achieve their unique health and wellness goals.

Brittany discovered Working Against Gravity when she was on her own personal journey with nutrition. She credits Working with Gravity with changing her life, leading her to go from client to full-time Director of Coaching. In this role, she has led Working Against Gravity through significant growth and transformation.

Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Science in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, both from Marshall University. She was recently selected as a 2024 Forbes Health Advisory Board member.
