Art Haws may be one of HawsGoodwin Wealth’s leaders, but he most enjoys working directly with affluent clients, corporate executives, business owners and institutions in virtually every aspect of investment strategy and planning, helping make goals happen. Art holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Murray State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional. Prior to co-founding HawsGoodwin Wealth, Art served as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch. Art began his career with Equitable Securities Corporation, where he was a Vice President within the Institutional Municipal Bond Sales and Trading group. Art then served as Vice President of the Investment Division for Independence Trust Company, a privately held trust company based in Franklin, Tennessee. Art also served on the company’s Board of Directors.
