Candice Nicholson is an LA based personal trainer with roots in Wisconsin, with a passion for health and fitness and a goal to help as many people as she can with their fitness journey. With more than 15 years of experience in the space, her aim is to help people from all walks of life succeed, feel good, and enjoy fitness while setting realistic, achievable goals. She has experience teaching large bootcamps, Zumba classes, 1:1 sessions and even virtual trainings (especially helpful right now!). Most importantly, she creates routines that are specific to the individual — so she is especially mindful of how age and lifestyle plays into a workout routine.
