Carl comes to Alkami from Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) where since 2016 he had global responsibility for a 300+ person organization that included all go-to-market functions (sales, pre-sales, sales operations, inside sales and enablement) for the Workfront standalone business and the Adobe Workfront Business Unit. Prior to joining Adobe Workfront, he was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales for AppSense from 2012 to 2016 where he transformed the sales culture into an enterprise value-based organization. In this role he led direct sales, channels and alliances, pre-sales, inside sales, sales operations, field marketing and consulting. He has also served in sales leadership roles at ArcSight, BMC, SAP and PeopleSoft.
