Not only is she a successful real estate agent, author, activist, and former attorney, Carla Gericke, is president emeritus and chairman of the Free State Project. Carla serves on the boards of Right-to-Know NH and the Foundation for NH Independence, a nonprofit advocating for peaceful independence from the federal government.

Carla has significantly contributed to the expansion of liberty in New Hampshire, including winning a landmark 2014 First Circuit lawsuit affirming your First Amendment right to film police encounters and eliminating qualified immunity in such instances.

Carla is an early Free State Project mover and Porcupine Real Estate client, and she’s looking forward to helping other people move to and invest in New Hampshire.
