Carmen Perr is a Managing Partner at Pali Wine Co. and Cellar Hand restaurant. As a managing partner at Pali Wine Co. Carmen Perr brings a passion for hospitality, art, gardening, cooking, and of course wine. Carmen met her now husband, Nick Perr, while they were students at UCLA in 2014, where he won her over with the well-chosen wines he would bring to pair with the meals she prepared for them - a benefit of growing up with a family winery. As the pandemic unfolded, Nick took on a more prominent role in his parents' business, Pali Wine Co. Meanwhile, Carmen built a strong following as a gardening influencer on social media, popularly known as 'carmeninthegarden'. After getting married in July 2023, the couple merged their talents as partners in the family winery. Their vision involves enhancing the winery’s hospitality and wine tasting experiences, aiming to draw in a diverse crowd. Furthermore, their mutual enthusiasm is propelling the winery towards more natural winemaking practices. They're keen on creating immersive experiences that allow more people to witness the charm of the Central Coast, and to appreciate the craftsmanship involved in making their wines.
