Carrie Lupoli is a certified nutritionist, award-winning behavior specialist, and successful seven-figure entrepreneur. As a former D1 athlete, Carrie struggled with disordered eating, which motivated her to seek lasting solutions for herself and her two daughters. After transforming her own life, Carrie felt compelled to share her knowledge with other women facing similar struggles. She worked with countless nutrition experts, and coupled with her expertise in behavioral science, she realized she could offer a comprehensive mind-body-lifestyle approach to health and wellness, making an elusive goal attainable for many. She founded Disruptive Nutrition to empower women and families to achieve optimal health through blood sugar stabilization and behavior change. In addition to her own private practice, Carrie is the co-founder of PFC3, which offers a plug and play nutrition solution for doctors, trainers, med spas and other health professionals.

Carrie is a sought-after speaker on nutrition, women's health, behavior change and entrepreneurship. She has been featured on news outlets across the US including the TODAY Show, ABC, NBC, Fox, and more, and she regularly shares her insights on industry podcasts. She is the host of Diet Disruptors, an Apple Top 100 Health and Wellness podcast. She previously co-hosted Food Freedom, the #1 most-watched nutrition show on Brinx.tv, with celebrity nutritionist and author Mark Macdonald.

Carrie’s expertise extends to empowering parents with the tools to counteract diet misinformation and help their children foster positive relationships with food. She has previously served as the spokesperson for Mattel Fisher Price’s “Power of Play.” Early in her career, she served as a special educator and behavior specialist, and founded the largest educational consulting firm in Singapore.

Carrie divides her time between the mountains of Boulder, CO and the Connecticut coast with her husband, two college-aged daughters and naughty but adorable doodle dogs.
