Casey joined Walmart U.S. in September 2020 as its first Chief Omni Strategy and Operations Officer, and is the new the leader of Walmart’s eCommerce business. As the Chief Omni Strategy and Operations Officer, Casey is responsible for developing the future strategic direction and priorities for Walmart U.S. This work guides and informs the capabilities and investments needed to deliver long-term sustainable growth and a differentiated position for the leading Omnichannel retailer.
Building a trusted, safe and robust marketplace is key to Walmart’s strategy. Having more of what customers want, always at a great price, gives us the ability to earn more of their business while growing ours. As we bring more sellers onto our platform, this accelerates the growth of Walmart Fulfillment Services and Walmart Connect, which are also strategic priorities for Walmart.
