Cecilia Righini
Cecilia Righini (they/them) is the founder of Studio Lutalica, a non-profit graphic design and web development agency based in Edinburgh.
Established in October 2020, the agency supports women and LGBTQ+ founders and organisations globally, with projects across four continents, primarily in the UK and the US. Their work emphasises intersectional feminism, people over profit, and radical collaboration, aiming to empower women and LGBTQ+ individuals through creative solutions centred on lived experience.
Cecilia was recognised as British Creative Businesswoman of the Year 2023-24 and British Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 (Young and Randal Foundation for Scotland). They also serve on the board of Equality Network and Pride Outside CIC.
