Born in Mexico City and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida, Charles Nader’s path has been shaped by a global perspective and a relentless entrepreneurial drive. From a young age, Charles displayed a deep curiosity for business and technology—building and selling computers in his neighborhood and subscribing to Business Week at just 13. Inspired by his grandmother’s stories of historical figures who advanced humanity, he developed a lifelong mission to create impact at scale.
At 16, Charles began studying computer science at his local community college, and by 18, he returned to Mexico City to study medicine. It was during this time that he launched his first company—an experience that sparked his recognition of one of the world’s most urgent issues: healthcare accessibility.
After earning his medical degree from Anáhuac University, Charles deepened his understanding of global health disparities. This, combined with his background in technology and business, led to the founding of Doc.com (originally DoctorDice) in 2012. His vision: make healthcare universally accessible through innovation. In 2015, Charles further honed his approach by studying technology-enabled blitzscaling at Stanford University and participating in several prominent business accelerators.
As CEO of Doc.com, Charles has pioneered a first-of-its-kind model for holistic, tech-powered care—offering free, real-time healthcare services through a platform that integrates telemedicine, psychology, dentistry, and veterinary care. The company also leverages AI and blockchain to deliver secure, personalized diagnostics while ensuring transparency and trust.
Under his leadership, Doc.com continues to redefine what healthcare can and should be: accessible, dignified, and available to all. Charles’s work stands at the intersection of innovation and impact, with a mission rooted in the belief that health is a human right—not a privilege.
