Deal-maker with experience on both buy- and sell-side negotiations with Fortune 500 companies. Led issuance agreement negotiations with Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, contracts valued at over $5 Billion in revenue for the issuers. On the Prime Brokerage side, I helped acquire over $1 Billion in un-collateralized loans for D.E. Shaw & Co through negotiations with Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and multiple other large Financial Institutions.
