Lieutenant General Charles L. A decorated F-16 pilot and retired three-star general, Moore served as the Deputy Commander of U.S. Cyber Command, where he oversaw operations to defend the nation against cyber threats, disrupt adversarial cyber actors, and protect critical infrastructure.
After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2022, Moore joined Aura’s Advisory Board to raise awareness of the growing impact of online scams, fraud, and cybercrime—particularly on military families, who are disproportionately targeted by digital threats. With firsthand knowledge of the unique vulnerabilities faced by service members, veterans, and their families, Moore is committed to helping consumers stay ahead of evolving cyber risks.
