Lieutenant General Charles L. Moore Jr. is Aura’s Chief Consumer Digital Safety and Military Advisor, bringing decades of national security and cyber defense expertise to the fight against online crime. A decorated F-16 pilot and retired three-star general, Moore served as the Deputy Commander of U.S. Cyber Command, where he oversaw operations to defend the nation against cyber threats, disrupt adversarial cyber actors, and protect critical infrastructure.

After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2022, Moore joined Aura’s Advisory Board to raise awareness of the growing impact of online scams, fraud, and cybercrime—particularly on military families, who are disproportionately targeted by digital threats.
