Chef Chris has worked under some of the biggest names in the business. After receiving a Michelin Star for his culinary achievements at Maydan, Washington DC’s wild open fire celebration of Arabic, Turkish, North African and Persian cuisine, Chris decided to celebrate his love and passion for cuisine from the island of Jamaica at the Navy Yard with Bammy's, a Caribbean-style restaurant with a beautiful patio on the water. His savvy for business as well as his pursuit of bringing the flavors of the world to his hometown while celebrating community is what sets Chris apart from most chefs. The DC food scene is eagerly awaiting his next concept.
