Chef Paul Niedermann invertier his cooking talent from his executive chef father, and discovered his passion for it at a young age. He pursued his dream by attending Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, where he then worked his way up to Chef de Partie at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL. After graduation, he became a Junior Sous Chef at the St. Regis Hotel. Chef Paul rose to fame as the winner of Fox's Hell's Kitchen season 9, earning him the Head Chef position at BLT Steak in New York City. From there he grew with the company holding positions in both BLT Steak Los Angeles and BLT Prime in Doral, FL.
