​​Chef Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F., is the co-founder and EVP of EQUII and the co-founder of the French Pastry School of Chicago. In 2004, he earned the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the first in the U.S. to earn it, and in 2015, was named a Knight by the French government in the National Order of the Legion of Honour.
