Chelsea Adair, a fourth-generation stylist, has been behind her chair since 2006. After opening her first salon in Encinitas in 2012, she quickly expanded and relocated to her current location in Carlsbad. She's passionate about hair restoration, having first-hand experience with alopecia, and is dedicated to bringing out the best in people through time, love and care.

In 2017, she became a Vidal Sassoon certified stylist, certified make up artist, and began working behind the chair with A-List Celebrities like Miguel, Fergie, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban and Mix Master Mike. In April 2018, Chelsea & Salon Adair won “Best Salon” in San Diego. She has also been featured on The Look All Stars. At her salon, Adair empowers her top stylists through continued education and travel and has now developed Salon Adair into a full-service salon.
