Cheryl Harris
Cheryl is the Senior Vice President of Procurement at Allstate Insurance. She is responsible for optimizing Allstate’s third party spend portfolio of $4B through collaboration with internal business partners and driving innovation with external suppliers. Cheryl's goal since joining in 2011 has been to transform SPS into “Trusted Advisors” – positioning SPS to deliver “value in their interactions with internal customers and external suppliers” vs. being viewed as the procurement governance team. She also oversees Allstate’s Supplier Diversity program, which focuses on increasing opportunities for small-, minority-, LGBT-, veteran- and women-owned businesses, which includes driving approaches for their ongoing growth and development.
