Chip is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Endeavors, a nonprofit that connects vulnerable populations across the United States to a wide range of helpful services. Prior to his employment at Endeavors, Chip experienced a successful career within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he oversaw all aspects of the Department’s management programs, including financial, human capital, information technology, procurement, security, and asset management. Beginning first as the Budget Director within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, and later being confirmed by the Senate as the Department’s CFO, he had stewardship of internal controls to reduce waste, fraud, and abuse across DHS, leading the formulation and execution of the Department’s $90B budget.
