He is a veteran of Chicago’s restaurant scene who has worked with some of the most celebrated figures in the city’s culinary scene at venues such as Zealous, Fulton Market Kitchen, Seven Lions and his own Blue 13.

  • It was always a goal of ours to open a space of our own closer to home in the suburbs. Looking at St. Charles, we saw an opportunity to create a restaurant experience on the level that we wanted, and we saw that there was definitely a hole in the market there for a fine-dining concept with killer craft cocktails. So, when we had the ability to create this concept in a downtown location with riverfront views, we jumped at the opportunity.
