Chris Ippolito is a Partner and serves as Kincentric's Engagement Practice leader in North America. Based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Chris leads the firm’s work guiding organizations in the design of workforce measurement and analytics programs focused on improving business performance through engaged employees and culture transformation. He is a seasoned researcher and consultant, with more than 15 years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research around employee engagement, onboarding and exit programs, customer satisfaction, leadership development, culture transformation and change management. Prior to joining Kincentric, he led global teams and engagements for PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Gallup Organization and Capgemini.
Chris has partnered with leading brands across industries, such as BAE Systems, Becton Dickinson, GEICO, John Deere, Intact Financial Corporation, Johns Hopkins Medicine, J.P. Morgan Chase, Johnson & Johnson, Marriott International, SunTrust, Under Armour, and various Government agencies to drive workplace culture transformation and employee engagement.
Chris’s expertise spans a wide range of research and management consulting topics. He has particular expertise in assessment design, translating data into impactful solutions for C-Level leaders; qualitative research methods, linking survey results to performance metrics; employee lifecycle management and customer/market research; and numerous initiatives to measure and enhance the employee experience. He has led this work in Financial Services, Professional Services, Retail, Restaurant & Beverage, Hospitality, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and the Public sector.
