Hi there! I am the owner of Flower City Flavor Company, a small-batch and gourmet foods retailer based in Rochester, NY. In business since 2017, I started as an e-commerce only site, before branching into two physical locations. My own product line consists of flavored olive oils and Balsamic vinegars, as well as a bourbon barrel malt vinegar aged in barrels from Iron Smoke Distillery. This vinegar was used as the based for New York Chips updated Salt & Vinegar chip flavor, and can be found in major retailers such as Wegmans, Walmart, and Tops. In February 2024, I purchased Death By Chili Sauce, a popular hot sauce in New York State in the Rochester and Adirondacks area. I also sell a high volume of other brand's hot sauce and have been extremely involved in the craft hot sauce community.
