Christen Walters Haygood, MD | Source | Gynecologic Oncologist at St. Dominic Health

Christy is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist who is a native of Crystal Springs, Miss., and alumna of Copiah Academy. She attended Mississippi College prior to medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where she graduated in 2009. She then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology followed by a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She returned home to practice at St. Dominic’s in 2016. Dr. Haygood enjoys teaching residents and is a clinical educator at UMMC.
