Chris Lee is Managing Director of Strategic Growth for Palladium, a 3,000 person global professional services firm. Based in Washington DC, he oversees the company’s mergers and acquisitions, corporate venturing, and strategic partnership activities across 90+ countries.

Prior to Palladium, Chris was with the Milken Institute where he was Director of the Center for Financial Markets and Co-Chair of the FasterCures Biomedical Innovation Incubator. Through previous roles as an entrepreneur, civil servant, private equity investor, and investment banker, he has developed strategies and completed transactions across nearly 30 countries and 10 sectors.

Chris has dedicated much of his career to attracting investment to new and nascent markets. His research and writing on the topic has appeared in popular outlets such as Reuters and The Hill, as well as professional publications including MIT Innovations, BioCentury, and American Banker. In addition, he has had the privilege to serve on various boards and advisory councils, and his current volunteer activities beyond CureSearch include posts with the US Food & Drug Administration, the Center for Global Development, and the Blended Finance Task Force.

He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he studied commerce and foreign affairs.
