Christopher is a Professor of Management and the Program Chair of Graduate Programs in the Business of Medicine at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business - Indianapolis. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Psychology. His primary responsibilities are two-fold, consisting of research and teaching. His primary research interests concern the challenges employees experience when they pursue multiple goals. His more recent interests concern the simultaneous pursuit of goals in both work and nonwork domains.
